Terms & Conditions:
Offer is valid only for business booked by December 31, 2010 for meeting need dates in 2010, 2011 or 2012. Minimum of 125 peak rooms for 3 nights to qualify. Free Transportation is based on arrival and departure from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Free transportation is based on a four hour window during arrival and departure days. Complimentary Reception will consist of one hour premium bar along with three hot hors d’oeuvres per person and a domestic cheeseboard and vegetable display. Not valid on previously booked business. $100 resort credit based on room & space availability. $100 resort credit can be used by attendee on amenities (spa, golf and restaurant dining) during stay or can be applied to Master Account. $100 resort credit limited to a total of $100 per room (based on single occupancy) to use as a one-time credit to folio or if applied to the Master Account – a maximum of up to $10,000.00. $100 resort credit is based on single occupancy, per occupied room. Double occupancy: $50.00 per person, triple occupancy: $33.33 per person, and quad occupancy: $25.00 per person. Credits must be used during event dates. This is a one-time credit per room (not per night), based on restrictions listed above. Credit unused balance cannot be redeemed for cash. $100.00 credit to be posted to individual room folios or to group’s master account. Unused balance will be forfeited date of departure. $100 credit cannot be applied to room rate on either individual folios or group master account.
